Ingredients

  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, unbleached | 1.50 cup
  • Low sodium baking powder | 1.00 tsp
  • Salt | 0.25 tsp
  • Shortening household soybean hydrogenated and palm | 0.50 cup
  • Seeded raisins | 0.50 cup, packed
  • Egg, whole, raw | 1.00 small
  • Orange juice, raw | 1.00 fl oz
  • Orange peel, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Artificial sweetener,SUCRALOSE,SPLENDA | 0.25 cup

Instructions

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Cut in shortening until crumbly.
  3. Add all at once: raisins, eggs, orange juice, orange rind and Steviva Brand Stevia Blend.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Make into small balls; flatten on cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in oven pre-heated 200 degrees F, for 15 minutes or untill done. Do not over bake.
