Ingredients

  • Whole wheat, rolled oats, presweetened, with pecans, cereal | 2.00 cup 1 NLEA serving
  • Coconut meat | 1.00 cup, shredded
  • Wheat germ bread | 4.00 oz
  • Dry roasted sunflower seeds | 0.50 cup
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.50 tsp
  • Olive oil | 3.00 tablespoon
  • Seedless raisins | 2.00 cup, packed

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 300°F.
  2. Combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, sunflower seeds and cinnamon in large bowl.
  3. Heat honey and oil in microwave on high for 30 seconds or just until syrupy.
  4. Drizzle over oats mixture and stir until mixture is evenly coated.
  5. Spread onto a greased 15 1/2 x 10 1 /2-inch jelly roll pan.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown, stirring several times.
  7. Remove from oven and add raisins while still hot.
  8. Cool completely and store in a tightly covered container up to 2 weeks
