- Chop coriander sprigs, green onions, and green chilies after removing the seeds then set aside.
- Cut a small cross in the stalk end of each tomato. Place in a bowl and cover with boiling water.
- After 30 second or as soon as the skin splits, drain and plunge into cold water. Gently remove the skins. Quarter the tomatoes, remove all seeds and dice its flesh.
- Mix together all the ingredients and transfer to a serving bowl. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
