  • Onions raw | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Carrots, raw | 1.00 medium
  • Palm kernel oil | 0.50 tablespoon
  • Baby zucchini squash, raw | 3.50 large
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 1.00 large whole 3" dia
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, garlic powder | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.25 tsp, ground
  • Spices, oregano, dried | 0.25 tsp, ground
