- Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and then coarsely chopped; chop the garlic finely; slice the onion finely; slice the beans in half lengthways. Take a large frying pan; heat the oil in it.
- Now cook the garlic and onion in it for about 5 minutes until softened. Then stir in the tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, beans and soup; cook for 20 minutes at a gentle heat, stirring until the beans are tendered.
- Season and then transfer to the serving bowl. Serve Tomatoes and Green Beans immediately.
