Ingredients

  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 6.00 plum tomato
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Onions raw | 1.00 large
  • Olive oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Reduced sodium vegetable soup | 0.50 can (10.75 oz)
  • Beans, snap, green, raw | 1.00 lb
  • Olives | 16.00 small
  • Lemon juice, raw | 2.00 tsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and then coarsely chopped; chop the garlic finely; slice the onion finely; slice the beans in half lengthways. Take a large frying pan; heat the oil in it.
  2. Now cook the garlic and onion in it for about 5 minutes until softened. Then stir in the tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, beans and soup; cook for 20 minutes at a gentle heat, stirring until the beans are tendered.
  3. Season and then transfer to the serving bowl. Serve Tomatoes and Green Beans immediately.
