  • Mangos, raw | 0.25 cup pieces
  • Milk, lowfat, with added nonfat milk solids, vitamin A and vitamin D | 2.00 cup
  • Low fat yogurt | 1.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Brown sugar | 1.00 tbsp packed
  • Bananas, raw | 2.00 large 8" to 8-7/8" long
  • Couscous, dry | 1.00 cup

  1. Take a saucepan; add mango and milk combine and leave to boil over medium flame, stir in intervals. Add couscous; stir well and place out from heat, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. At the mean time, take a bowl; add yogurt, vanilla and brown sugar, whisk them together.
  3. Add bananas into couscous, stir by using a fork. Shift into serving bowls and pour the yogurt mixture over. Serve at once.
