- Take a saucepan; add mango and milk combine and leave to boil over medium flame, stir in intervals. Add couscous; stir well and place out from heat, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
- At the mean time, take a bowl; add yogurt, vanilla and brown sugar, whisk them together.
- Add bananas into couscous, stir by using a fork. Shift into serving bowls and pour the yogurt mixture over. Serve at once.
