Ingredients

  • green onions tops | 4.00 stalk
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 1.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Fresh peppermint | 3.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Cucumber, with peel, raw | 1.00 cucumber 8-1/4"

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, trim its ends, then dice into 1/4 inch small cubes.
  2. Trim the spring onions and garlic, then chop both of them very finely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat yogurt until smooth, mix onions, garlic, cucumber and chopped mint in it.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled!
