- Thinly slice the scallions, halve tomatoes, cut cucumber, radish, sweet pepper and celery into small cubes.
- Take a large, shallow dish and put tuna, cucumber, radish, scallions, tomatoes, sweet pepper and celery.
- Then put lemon juice in a bowl and whisk in the oil and seasoning.
- Add the dressing to vegetables and toss to coat then set aside for 15 minutes.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate and put the salad in center.
- Garnish with twisted lemon rind.
- Serve chilled or as it is.
