Ingredients

  • Olive oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Ground turkey, raw | 1.00 lb
  • Onions raw | 1.00 small
  • Spices, chili powder | 4.00 tsp
  • Spices, cumin seed | 3.00 tsp powdered
  • Crushed tomatoes | 28.00 oz
  • Kidney beans, canned | 2.00 cup
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 0.50 cup 8 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a skillet at a medium heat and then put the turkey and ½ tsp of the salt in it, cook for 8 minutes, stirring to break the turkey pieces. Now put the onion and cook for 4 minutes, then stir in the chili powder and cumin. Cook for 1 minute more.
  2. Now put the beans, tomatoes and ½ cup of water in the mixture and cook on high heat until boil. Lower down the heat, uncover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
