- Finely chop onions and cut turnips into 4 pieces each. Set aside. Take a pan and put oil and butter. Heat it and add shallot and cook slightly mixing repeatedly till shallots are soft, but make sure shallots color does not change.
- Stir in turnips with shallots and cook, moving pan gradually, till turnips start devouring oil and butter.
- Then put orange juice on turnips, and let it cook for 30 minutes on medium heat, until turnips are soft and the decreases into a creamy sauce.
