  1. Finely chop onions and cut turnips into 4 pieces each. Set aside. Take a pan and put oil and butter. Heat it and add shallot and cook slightly mixing repeatedly till shallots are soft, but make sure shallots color does not change.
  2. Stir in turnips with shallots and cook, moving pan gradually, till turnips start devouring oil and butter.
  3. Then put orange juice on turnips, and let it cook for 30 minutes on medium heat, until turnips are soft and the decreases into a creamy sauce.
