Ingredients

  • Ground veal, broiled | 1.25 oz
  • Pecans | 0.25 cup, chopped
  • Cream cheese | 1.00 package, small 3 oz
  • Blue cheese | 1.00 oz
  • Sauce, worcestershire | 1.50 tsp
  • Spices, paprika | 0.50 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the pecans and set aside.
  2. Cream together cream cheese, softened and crumbled Blue cheese.
  3. Combine cheese with veal, mix Worcestershire sauce and paprika into veal thoroughly.
  4. Shape into balls about 3/4 inch in diameter. Coat with ground pecans.
  5. Insert cocktail or wooden picks if desired and place in refrigerator to chill. Serve with any sauce of your choice.
