- Grind the pecans and set aside.
- Cream together cream cheese, softened and crumbled Blue cheese.
- Combine cheese with veal, mix Worcestershire sauce and paprika into veal thoroughly.
- Shape into balls about 3/4 inch in diameter. Coat with ground pecans.
- Insert cocktail or wooden picks if desired and place in refrigerator to chill. Serve with any sauce of your choice.
