Ingredients

  • Zucchini squash, with skin, raw | 3.00 medium
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Carrots, raw | 3.00 medium
  • Parsley, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Organic vegetable broth | 0.50 cup

Instructions

  1. Chop fresh parsley and keep it aside. Take zucchini and carrots slice them in shape of fine ribbons using a peeler. Set aside.
  2. Using a saucepan pour vegetable broth and let it boil. Then add carrots and zucchini. Keep boiling for 2-3 minutes more till the vegetables are soft.
  3. Mix parsley, season it according to your taste and serve.
