- The celeriac, parsnips and carrots need to be peeled and cut into 1/2" pieces.
- Combine the 3 vegetables in a pot, pour in cold salted water and bring to the boil.Boil the vegetables until they are tender, this will take between 5 to 10 minutes.Drain.
- In a large saucepan heat the butter on a medium heat. Add the vegetables and stir fry until browned, this will take approximately 5 minutes. Apply seasoning and sprinkle chives on top and serve.
