Ingredients

  • Celeriac, raw | 2.00 cup
  • Parsnips, raw | 2.00 cup slices
  • Carrots, raw | 2.00 cup chopped
  • Chives, raw | 2.00 tbsp chopped
  • Butter salted | 3.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. The celeriac, parsnips and carrots need to be peeled and cut into 1/2" pieces.
  2. Combine the 3 vegetables in a pot, pour in cold salted water and bring to the boil.Boil the vegetables until they are tender, this will take between 5 to 10 minutes.Drain.
  3. In a large saucepan heat the butter on a medium heat. Add the vegetables and stir fry until browned, this will take approximately 5 minutes. Apply seasoning and sprinkle chives on top and serve.
