  1. Melt chocolate chips in top half of double boiler over hot water.
  2. Remove from heat, add condensed milk and salt. stir until well blended.
  3. Spread into a 9-inch square buttered pan.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
  5. Cut in squares. Serve chilled.
