  • Frozen sweetened blueberries | 0.25 cup, thawed
  • Frozen unsweetened blackberries | 0.25 cup, unthawed
  • Frozen, sweetened whole strawberries | 0.50 cup, thawed
  • Orange juice, raw | 1.25 cup
  • Bananas, raw | 1.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 0.50 cup 8 fl oz
  • Granulated sugar | 1.00 tbsp
