  • Salt | 0.25 tsp
  • Apples, raw, with skin | 2.00 medium 3" dia
  • Celery, raw | 1.00 cup chopped
  • English walnuts | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Mayonnaise, diet, cholesterol free | 0.50 cup
  • Iceberg lettuce, raw | 3.00 leaf, large

Instructions
