  1. Reserve some berries for garnish. Place the rest of the berries in a bowl with 18 oz of water. Blend with the help of the mixer until smooth puree. Then strain the mixture into the saucepan.
  2. Now put the sugar and salt in the pan and bring to a rolling boil at a medium heat. Then gently add the semolina. Lower down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes until thickened, stirring regularly.
