- Reserve some berries for garnish. Place the rest of the berries in a bowl with 18 oz of water. Blend with the help of the mixer until smooth puree. Then strain the mixture into the saucepan.
- Now put the sugar and salt in the pan and bring to a rolling boil at a medium heat. Then gently add the semolina. Lower down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes until thickened, stirring regularly.
