Ingredients

  • Drinking tap water | 1.75 cup 8 fl oz
  • Yeast, baker's, active dry | 1.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 2.00 tsp
  • Protien powder | 2.00 tbsp
  • Olive oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Buckwheat flour | 4.00 cup
  • Flaxseed | 4.00 tbsp, ground

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water, Add honey, salt, milk powder, oil and 2 cups whole oat flour.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Add ground flax seed and remaining flour and oats.
  4. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic.
  5. Shape and put in oiled loaf pan.
  6. Let rise until doubled in bulk.
  7. Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes until done.
