Ingredients

  • Whole grain wheat flour | 3.50 cup
  • Baking soda | 2.00 tsp
  • Salt | 1.00 tsp
  • Olive oil | 0.66 cup
  • Egg, whole, raw | 4.00 medium
  • Bananas, raw | 2.00 cup, mashed
  • Drinking tap water | 0.50 cup 8 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Stir together dry ingredients.
  2. Beat oil and honey together; add eggs and beat well.Add bananas and beat to combine.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet, alternating with hot water; mix well after each addition.
  4. Spoon batter into 24 greased muffin cups; bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown and test done.Remove from oven and cool on rack.
