  • Dry roasted almonds, no salt | 0.13 oz
  • Blueberries, raw | 0.50 cup
  • Spices, nutmeg, ground | 0.13 tsp
  • Yogurt, plain, skim milk | 0.75 cup 8 fl oz

  1. Finely slice the almonds and put aside.
  2. Put yogurt into a paper towel-lined strainer. Place over a bowl then put it in refrigerator for 20 minutes to drain and thicken.
  3. In another small bowl, mix yogurt, honey and nutmeg until combined.
  4. Combine the blueberries and preserve, spoon it over yogurt mixture.
  5. Top with almonds and serve chilled!
