Here’s What’s to Love About the Sole F63:

High-quality Fabrication

Like all other fitness machines, SOLE is known for manufacturing top of the range products made from high-quality parts. As basic as this treadmill is, less is surely more. SOLE did not waste time on the ‘extras’ but rather took their time fabricating all the fundamentals just right. This explains why since their products are very elementary, they have stood the test of time to be the best there is; Quality where it really counts:  heavy-duty motor, large track rollers, and advanced cushioning.

Great Track, Commercial-grade Motor, and Power incline.

The 3.0 CHP motor is silent and has heavy-duty flywheels that keep it cool to ensure it’s reliable and durable all round the clock. It carries fitness enthusiasts through walking, running, and jogging throughout its lifetime, and with the 15% incline, the F63 allows users to intensify their workouts for faster results. The track is also commendable, being 60″ long and 20″ wide while still being foldable. With a combination of these features, you will be unstoppable in achieving all your fitness goals.

User-Friendly Interface

The 6.5″ LCD screen allows users to keep tabs on their workout to know exactly where they are at, and with the two user profiles, one can customize information to easily pick up from where they left. Additionally, are the 10 preset workouts that guide beginners on where to start. Moreover, it has complimentary wireless chest straps with built-in contact pulse monitors. This way, you can monitor your heart rate to know whether to intensify or abate a walk or run.

All Other Extras

From the Cushion Flex Whisper Deck to the Bluetooth audio speakers, water bottle holder, USB Charging Port, and so on, there is much more to love.

What’s Not to Love?

Like all Sole treadmills, it’s not easy to pinpoint faults. We do however feel that being a basic model, there are many more features missing, though considering the price of this one, this is expected. More expensive treadmills have more upgrades and advancements. It also takes a longer period to accelerate.

Wind Up.

Despite this, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly treadmill under $1,000, or are new to fitness and want a low-budget reliable but simple option, the F63 is a great option. For a more detailed explanation, check out this Sole F63 Review.
