While doing laps is the best way to build up your endurance a cardiovascular fitness, even just slowly moving around can help take the impact stress off of your body. It’s also classified as an all-over body workout, as it uses nearly all of your muscles.


Everybody loves dancing, but did you know that it’s a great way to get your 30 minutes of daily exercise? Alongside the many physical benefits, it is even known to improve your cognitive performance. It can boost your mood, challenge your brain to recall specific patterns, and help improve memory. So make sure to pump those tunes and let yourself go completely loose! If you’re looking for a way to get outside and explore nature, then hiking is the perfect workout for you.
