Kyle Byron is a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer living and working in Toronto. He has an Honours degree in Nutrition, and has completed graduate courses and placements in hospitals and medical clinics in Ontario. In the 10 years he’s been working in Toronto, he’s helped over 1800 clients and been an expert speaker for BMO, TIFF, Salesforce, and more.

He has worked with athletes of all ages including dancers at the National Ballet of Canada, professional MMA fighters, and ultra-marathoners.
Kyle walks-the-walk and has done a variety of dietary experiments on himself over the years while competing in Rugby, Football, and Jiu-Jitsu. Now he can be found taking group classes, training on his own, or sailing.
