1. Avocado On Crackers
Avocado toast may be the snack of choice on Instagram, but if you enjoy it on a rice cracker, you have something in common with Gwyneth Paltrow. The A-lister blogged a recipe for this midday snack on Goop.com because of its healthy fat and fibre content. Top with a bit of Greek yogurt, lime juice, sea salt, and dried red chilli flakes.
2. String Cheese
Sometimes, a bit of protein goes a long way. Lauren Conrad says on her website that string cheese is her favourite source of protein on the go. The reality-TV-star-turned-blogger enjoys it with fruits, such as apples or pear slices.
3. Skinny Lattes
It wouldn’t be a proper paparazzi snap if a Hollywood celeb wasn’t holding a Starbucks coffee cup. Taylor Swift is one of many celebrities that indulges in skinny vanilla lattes as a healthy midday treat.
4. Greek Yogurt
When prepping for his big Calvin Klein underwear ad, Justin Bieber cut out snacking at night, according to his personal trainer, Patrick Nilsson. But Hollywoodlife.com reports that he was allowed a protein-rich Greek yogurt after dinner to stave off hunger.

Jennifer Lopez has one of the most bangin’ bodies in the biz, so it’s no surprise she keeps her snacking habits super clean. The triple threat noshes on an apple mid-day when she’s feeling peckish, telling People.com, “I always have healthy snacks like fruit and vegetables with me.”
8. Frozen Grapes
Speaking of fruit, Jennifer Aniston freezes red grapes to snack on. She tells Womenshealthmag.com, “I was at a spa one time, and they gave me a little cup of frozen grapes after my mud bath soak or whatever. It was sort of like, ‘This is genius.’”
What does Queen Bey love to snack on? Well, if you were to go by the photos we see of her, it’s popcorn. Beyoncé’s love of the airy, light stuff is well documented on Instagram, in her documentary, and when she’s out with hubby Jay-Z watching basketball.
10. Natural Nut Butters
We were keeping up with Kim Kardashian’s snack arsenal and found that when she’s got a sweet craving she reaches for peanut butter or an alternative nut butter, says the Mirror.co.uk.

According to Popsugar.com, Cameron Diaz munches on tortilla chips made with organic blue corn that are void of hydrogenated oils (including trans fats), artificial flavours, colouring and preservatives. They also have to be Kosher, made with pressed oil, and cooked in filtered water. Pretty high standards for chips, no?
13. Homemade Muesli Bars
It’s a snack fit for a queen – or at least, a princess. Catherine Duchess of Cambridge snacks on muesli bars that her mum, Carole Middleton, makes her, a royal expert told E! News.
