Establishing a fitness routine is one of the easiest ways to guarantee results. Try to sit down and create a monthly plan, including which muscle groups you want to focus on and what day of the week you will target them. Try to switch it up but also keep some sort of structure. For example, if you decide to do cardio on Tuesdays, you can go for a run one week and do a boxing class at home the following week.

If music isn’t enough you could buy a new pair of sneakers to get you in the mood.
More realistically, some days you may struggle to find the motivation to begin your workout. Don’t give up on your fitness journey, it’s called a journey for a reason. Instead of punishing yourself because you missed a workout get some rest and try again the next day.
