Nov 9, 2016 //

Ready for a tough workout that will tone your arms, chest, back, shoulders, legs and core?

Christina Tonello of CTX Fitness shows us how to master a complete bodyweight workout using only equalizer bars.

The equalizer is great for getting the most out of your bodyweight workouts, and is one of the most versatile gym tools out there. It can be used anywhere, anytime; at home or — in Christina’s case — on a gorgeous pier with a view of the city.

The all-in-one piece of strength training equipment offers hundreds of exercise option, and is easy to modify to suit your fitness level.

Complete 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps each. Jog on the spot for your active rest between sets.

  • Reverse Back Rows
  • Dips
  • Leg Lifts
  • Hop Overs

Will all things being equal, an equalizer is a great way to take your fitness routine to the next level.
