We’re all for variety when it comes to staying fit, but not every style of exercise works for everyone. There’s something to be said for finding a gym class — or even a workout niche — that suits you perfectly.

Play into your personality with styles of exercise that were meant for you. Which workout is best for your star sign? Check it out below.

Aries (March 21-April 19)

Aries are famously enthusiastic, passionate and at times, aggressive. Being short-tempered and determined, an Aries would do well with an intense sport that allows them to get their energy out, like boxing or cycling. Bold and challenging tasks are the bread and butter of fiery Aries, so competitive workouts — either on a team or against their own personal bests — will keep an Aries motivated.
