20-Minute Lower-Body Blast Workout For Butt, Hips And Thighs

Looking for a killer circuit that will tone your glutes, legs and thighs? This 20-minute lower-body blast workout will get your heart rate up and leave your legs burning.

Here’s how it’s done: Complete each exercise for the reps suggested, then move on to the next exercise until you are done the circuit below. Then rest for 30 to 60 seconds and repeat as many rounds as you can for 20 mins.

Before you begin, you’ll need to do a solid warm up. We suggest doing the stair machine in intervals (one minute fast, one minute slow) for five to 10 minutes before beginning the workout.

As for the workout itself, you will want to make sure you have your barbells, and dumbbells stationed together so you don’t need to run from station to station at the gym. Move quickly move from one exercise to the next, without wasting time and taking unnecessary breaks until each round is complete. Always focus on executing perfect form over adding weight; you want to make sure the exercise is challenging, without sacrificing your form.

And don’t forget to always cool down after your workout. try doing some foam rolling, being sure to roll your hamstrings, your quads, calves, and glutes.
