Trainer Emma Brown takes us to Myodetox Performance Centre for a killer leg circuit that is guaranteed to leave you feeling sore and looking fit.
Do three sets of the following:
1. Bench Jump Squats (10 reps)
2. Weighted Back/Front Lunge (8-10 reps each leg)
3. Side Lunges with Plyo-Push Off (8-10 reps each leg)
4. Weighted Step Ups (12 reps each leg)
If you have anything left, finish strong with a sled push.
