10 Dairy-Free Smoothie Recipes To Make This Week

These smoothies are so delicious, you won’t even realize they’re good for you! Be sure to prepare these smoothies with wholesome, organic, non-processed ingredients to get the greatest nutritional bang for your buck. The following recipes are non-dairy and packed with flavour, and each recipe is for one serving. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness to taste, if desired. Bon appetit! 

1. Green Goddess

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup raw chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup raw spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup raw kale
  • ½ pear

2. Banana-rama

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup raw chopped walnuts
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raw kale

3. Melon Cooler

  • 8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup cantaloupe
  • ½ cup banana
  • ½ cup strawberries

4. Chard Blend

  • 1 cup raw swiss chard
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 small apple
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • Cover ingredients with coconut milk and blend.

5. Grapeacado

  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 fresh avocado
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup raw swiss chard or spinach
  • ¼ cup flaxseeds
  • Cover ingredients with coconut milk and blend.

6. Raspberry Flaxtini

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ½ Tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • ½ cup raw kale

7. Detox Tonic

  • 1 cup raw collard greens
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of red grapes
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple
  • ¼ cup flaxseeds
  • Cover ingredients with coconut milk and blend.

8. Life Elixir

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raw swiss chard
  • ¼ cup Chia seeds

9. Belly Melt

  • 1 cup raw kale
  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • Cover ingredients with green tea and blend.

10. Cinnamon Swirl

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Adding fresh organic greens to your smoothie creates a nutrient rich delight. Greens, such as kale and spinach, not only promote weight loss, but they are also a good source of vitamin K and trace minerals. Almond milk is available in a variety of flavours and is more weight-loss-friendly than regular cow’s milk. There are numerous variations to the above recipes.
