These smoothies are so delicious, you won’t even realize they’re good for you! Be sure to prepare these smoothies with wholesome, organic, non-processed ingredients to get the greatest nutritional bang for your buck. The following recipes are non-dairy and packed with flavour, and each recipe is for one serving. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness to taste, if desired.   • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup raw chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup raw spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup raw kale
  • ½ pear

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup raw chopped walnuts
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raw kale

3. Melon Cooler

  • 8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup cantaloupe
  • ½ cup banana
  • ½ cup strawberries

  • 1 cup raw swiss chard
  • 1 banana

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
